Where I am at now with fitness

Currently my level of fitness is moderate. I am still balancing work, school, and working out. As well as figuring out exactly what I want my workout days to be, how long I workout, and what muscles I want to workout.

There aren’t enough hours in a day to do everything I would like to do. Getting up at 6 in the morning to get ready and head to school, coming back to eat lunch get ready for work and leave again. Only to come home at about 7:30 or 8:00 at night, eat dinner and get ready for bed. Then do it all again the next day.

I would workout at least 4 days a week. Normally Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Lately my schedule has been all over the place. With corona everything got put on hold for school and work. I started working out more and more often. I set a schedule and kept it throughout the whole situation. It was nice to have so much time to myself to really work on me.

Now with everything slowly opening up and getting school up and going again. The hours I get at work have been all over the place and school is changing it’s schedule based on what the state says is now acceptable. It means I need to change my workout schedule I set up. So before work and school started again I would workout at 9:30 in the morning after some oatmeal. Now I have been working out at 9:30 at night after dinner.

It has been very hard adjusting to everything. I am very happy to be healthy, safe and having this time to really take care of myself. I am enjoying finding a new schedule and working around everything changing constantly with all that is going on today. Now is a great time to really enjoy the time we have.
